Saybolt, part of Core Laboratories, is offering an exciting opportunity for an international HR Data Coordinator (30-37,5 hours) to help improve HR data management!

In an ever changing world we need to ensure that our HR processes become more digital and data driven. The role of the HR Data Coordinator is crucial to our success in this field.

Saybolt is using a worldwide Talent Management System and the HR Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and enriching the data availability and support management on a day to day basis when it comes to data management.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the implementation of all HR Strategic initiatives and deliverables provided by headquarters (USA), for example Succession Planning, Retention Program, etc.
  • Assists in the delivery of project management for assigned HR projects, from support and advise to execution;
  • Participates with annual HR activities to ensure organizational readiness and completion. Some activities include Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Development;
  • Gathers, completes, analyzes, and presents various Human Resources statistics as needed, such as turnover statistics, performance management/merit increase comparisons and department culture surveys;
  • Collects and analyzes organizational data and makes recommendations to management & leaders;
  • Support and coordinate training administration within the business. Activities will include maintaining of records within the Talent Manager System and local training databases;
  • Assists managers with following up on overall and general (HR) activities in partnership with the HR Service Center Manager.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR position in an international environment;
  • A wizkid when it comes to Excel.
  • Excellent master of English and preferably Dutch, both spoken and written;
  • Experience with learning and organizational development.

  • €4500,- based on a working week of 37,5 hours
  • a 13th month salary
