The Position

For our Headquarters in Rotterdam we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands on HR Business Partner. You will be working in a new HR team, filled with fresh energy to further develop HR within the organization. You will be given a lot of freedom and responsibility; your own input is very important to make the job a success and you will be given plenty of room for this. You are responsible for commercial and financial employees and know how to translate their needs into concrete HR improvements. Together with the HR manager you will work on developing  our HR processes and tools; The expectations and demands of people managers in our business are key in our success. As an HR Business Partner you have experience with all common topics and are used to working on different HR projects at the same time.

Key responsibilities

As a true business partner you support and advise managers throughout the entire HR chain of inflow, througflow and outflow, absenteeism, recruitment, training, leadership development, project management, engagement, sustainable employability and labor law.

Since 2019, the HR department has been set up again and a lot is expected. The culture within the team is very informal and flexible, but also driven and ambitious.

Requirements

  • HBO degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, fluent Dutch speaker with a good command of verbal and written English
  • Experience with Succesfactors
  • Experience with (HR) project management
  • Partner in business, well structured, pragmatic, proactive and accurate

Benefits

  • Basic gross salary: €60k – €80k
  • Holiday pay: 8.33% of gross annual salary
  • 13e month salary
  • Paid holidays: 24 holidays and 6 atv days
  • Extras: laptop, mobile phone, a “working home allowance” of € 250,- netto.
